Allergen Free Vegan Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients:

2 sticks vegan butter, softened

4 cups powdered sugar (Due to an allergy to cane sugar, I use Florida Crystals powdered sugar – which is just evaporated cane juice and cornstarch)

1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

2-3 tbsp. almond milk

Instructions:

Cream butter until smooth. Stir in sugar and vanilla. While machine is running, slowly add almond milk. Mix well.
